Blues On The Loose is just that. An ensemble of veteran musicians from Southcentral Pennsylvania who chose to deepen their blues music background and share their experience while contributing to the preservation of the legacy of blues music.
Blues On The Loose, from Lancaster, Pa., embodies the spirit of the swing and jump blues era of the mid 20th century. Their harmonica driven sound embraces influences from America’s west coast and of international players.
The band features a host of talent including frontman Lewy Dean, sings and plays harmonica; Guitarists, Jay McElroy and Glenn Redkay; Bassist, Doug Porter; percussionist Connor Stoehr and Ralph Leon Miller, Keyboards & violin make up this exciting combo that look to the future of the blues while honoring it's past.
